I was watching a programme on TV recently about GM and their efforts to make and then clinically squash an electric vehicle the EV. Personally I think we could seriously make much further strides towards cleaning up varying aspects of or environment. Profit and power drive the system. It was impressive to see all the little thing we could do to reduce carbon emissions. Congress has an energy bill up right now and they are trying to cut out the fuel economy standard of 35 mpg. If you want to do something else today to help the environment sign this petition at http://www.energybill2007.us I totally agree with you that all really can make a difference I actually watched an Inconvenient Truth today as well.
