I once heard that men liked to marry ugly women because they didn't think they would stray, but they themselves felt entitled to do so. If women or men are choosing partners based solely on looks, then I predict a superficial relationship at best with no staying power. Looks are great; I was immediately physically attracted to my husband, but we haven't stuck it out because of that. Sometimes I wonder what people want in romance. Well, this is a first.
