My thoughts on…Pam Anderson and Kid Rock’s wedding

August 2nd 2006 -

Pamela Anderson got married to Kid Rock on the weekend. What’s this, her 11^th wedding? The event took place on the weekend, on a yacht in St. Tropez. The bride wore white, a white bikini that is. You didn’t expect a white flowing gown did you, especially from a woman whose sex tapes have been seen by just about everyone with an Internet connection? And correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t white supposed to symbolize purity? And Pam Anderson is about as pure as used toilet paper. She called her rock n’ roll style wedding “the best, most romantic wedding of all time.” Yeah, that is, until your next wedding.

Forgive me for not having much faith in this relationship, but a woman who married her husband 96 hours after meeting him does not inspire confidence. Frankly, I’m tired of her. If she’s not in the spotlight for being the poster girl for PETA, she’s doing something unbelievably skanky. Pam, the day you caught Hep C was the day you stopped being a sex symbol. No one wants to fantasize about catching VD, no matter how beautiful the woman is. Plus, we have new, younger sex symbols to objectify, i.e. Paris Hilton. Now do us all a favour and slip into obscurity with your new hubby already.

Well it’s about time they did!

I don’t have much faith in it either, just another Hollywood/Rockstar wedding…always short lived!

From a person like you i’d expect a lot more…

Ok, maybe not a sex symbol. More like a ho. But in today’s world, there isn’t much difference.
